Cancellation Policy

50€ until August 15th
50% of the amount from August 15th to September 06th
No reimbursement after September 06th

Note: All the payments have to be collected by the Organisation one week before the Conference. After this date, September 8th, 2009 the organisation will asked the participant to pay 620€ at the time of is arrival. Except for the Purchase Order.
