The technical Committee invites potential authors to submit papers for presentation at the conference.
Abstracts should be mailed or emailed by 27 February 2009 at the latest.
The Conference will include plenary and splinter sessions in parallel, poster sessions, mini workshops and round-tables and technical exhibitions.
Every effort will be made to accommodate as many papers as possible for oral presentations.
Poster sessions will be organized and time allocated for poster presentations and discussion.
This call for papers and the preliminary programme cover the following main topics.
Papers for presentation at the conference will be selected on the basis of extended abstracts (between 300 and 500 words long), it should contain the following information:

- Name and affiliation of author(s)
- Full contact details for the contact author (including e-mail, phone and fax numbers)
- Preference for oral or poster presentation
The abstract should be of a quality suitable for publication in the conference abstract book.
The selection of the papers will be made on the basis of the following criteria :
- General interested of the subject
- Quality of the contents
- Relevance to the subjects covered by the conference
- Originality of the ideas presented
- Clarity of the abstract

The working language of the conference will be English.
There will be no simultaneous interpreting.
