TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

An exhibition of hardware, software items or small exhibits is possible during the conference. In case of interest, you are invited to submit a request for permission to display your products.

The request shall include a short description of the items to be presented as well as the table/floor/poster space required. Exhibitors are expected to register for the conference.

 

We offer the possibility to exhibit your products during the ECSSMMT Conference.

A Booth of 6m² including:

• a partition
• a switch box
• furniture: 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 basket
• signage
• The registration for one exhibitor (including: access to all sessions, the welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, the lunches, the gala dinner, the proceedings and the speaker bag).

FEE: 1 300 € VAT Included (booth + registration)

50% of the amount from August 15^th to September 06^th
No reimbursement after September 06^th

Note: All the payments have to be collected by the Organisation one week before the Conference. After this date, September 8th, 2009 the organisation will asked the participant to pay at the time of is arrival. Except for the Purchase Order.
